Today the market went sky high, but is there any stocks worth buying?

With the bid so far apart from the ask, is it really worth it?

Today I searched a bunch trying to find a good buy, I couldn't find one!
Example: IBM 94 7/8 X 103 3/8, time approx 2:03 NY. Plus a hundred more
like the example above.

I started to look at the options of these companies, the puts were worth
more than the calls.

Question: Is this a sign of a castle in the sky?
