Lunchtime is almost over in NY and the flow rate has dropped off
significantly. The theory is that a flow rate in the neighborhood of 1.5
million shares per minute is needed to sustain a trend. Lets see what
happens after lunch and into the close. Flow rate is simply the change in
total volume per unit of time.
