I got a sell signal in my program two days ago (10/16). The ER Rating was
4-96, with a WAL of 19-81 and a US of 72-28. This is using Telescan data.
                             I don't know if you use the WAL & US readings
for confirmation or not. I have found that using them keeps me from taking
alot of false signals. 
To me thios looks like a sell.
