Quite a few people have e-mail me asking what I meant by the 70-20-10 rule.
.
I have stated it here before.
If there is anything I could teach an investor about the stock market this
is what it would be.
Over my many years of investing " I " have found or determined in MY mind
the following basic concept.
The basic movement of a stock is determined by the following.
70 percent of a stock's value is based on the general movement of the
overall market.
20 percent is based on the industry or sector the stock is in..
10 percent: only 10 percent of the value is based on the actual stock
itself...
70-20-10...Don't forget it, it WILL save you a lot of money over time...
