Putting an AIQ perspective on INTC it had a sell rating on 9/23 of 1 up and
98 down. As of 10/14 that has changed to 72 up ER and 13 down ER.
10/14 72 up 13 down
10/13 6 up 70 down
10/10 4 up 72 down
92 appears to have been support since August and the ER ratings have made a
dramatic flip on 10/14.
