In perusing a copy of The Trader's Press catalog, I ran across the
title:
 
The Volatility HandBook by Robert Krause.

Has anyone read the it? 

The summary says the discussion covers volatility in detail, including
historical, implied, actual and forcasted volatility, central tendancy
and volatility skew.

If you have read the thing, does it offer the ways to discover in real
life: central tendancy or volality skew or ways to forcast volatility?
