Joe,
You might also look at incorporating in Delaware. Last I heard you
could incorporate for $50.00.
You were also able to declare stock in your corporation, and
estimate the value of it yourself !
Voila! You are a millionaire overnight. :)
NOt quite sure how this might help traders. Traders might also look
into the possibility of creating off-shore accounts to trade through.
This might give you some tax breaks with Uncle.
Just make sure everything you do is legal :)
