The Turtle System as taught by Russel Sands is intact.

Richard Denis selected a number of traders in an experiment to
show that tarding can be taught. The stiry form the street is 
the volunteers were asked to sign a non disclosure agreement for
"x" years. When that time elapsed, Russel went public.
