signal at the close of the markets Friday. This follows a Buy on
9-2-97. Since the first buy, the DOW has not increased, but the small caps
and mid caps continue their advance. When the DOW has sold off over the
last week it really has not felt that bad because the small and mid caps are
outperforming the DOW on a relative strength basis.</FONT></P></BODY></HTML>
