Fut-S&P500

Hello,

      I am interested in several things.

 #1.  When the S&P500 futures began trading, date/yr.
 #2.  Could someone explain, ( or tell would be great ),  what the dates of
the "front"    
        month ,Re, when exactly a contract becomes the front month, and ended
 for                       
        the S&P from its inception to present  were.
  #3.  Where can i get historical data, in the format of open,high,low,close
for each   
         front month from inception to present. ( pref Excel formatt )
  #4.  What would be the best way to obtain tick data, for "only" the period
each 
        contract was  the front month for the S&P. ( In BMI TS 4.0 ver. )
