Last month the monthly and weekly rainbow charts were displayed on rt.
Here is this months update. It looks like the weekly is beginning to round
the corner as evidenced by the shorter period red line in the top plot.
The weekly oscillators are obviously still in sell mode. The monthly
rainbow shows peaking momentum and has not turned down yet.
