NW: I don't know if this applies to this particular situation, but
there is a large group of mathematically proven cycles which cluster
around 13 years in frequency. Also the Jupiter-Neptune synodical period
is 12.78 years, which is only .02 from your number above, and the
difference could be due to rounding. Interesting?
