there was a classic selloff and retest about 12:30pm CST on the DOW. This

Does anyone know how to write an indicator to let you know that
your data has stopped?
If your data stops and you're not paying close attention, it can be
a couple of bars before you realize that you could be in trouble.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
