Realtraders, I have reviewed all of the websites that have been sent to me regarding my request for World Market Indices and Globex quotes. Listed below are a few of the sites that I found very informative. With respect to the CME Globex URL, I believe the time indicated on the webpage is Central Time and am unsure of the delay period.
To get info on world markets try:

OR
Use the DBC site: http://www.dbc.com/ and in the SYMBOL box, type "wp=u7" without the quotes, for the Globex S&P 500 September contract!
For Realtime Quotes on select CME contracts go to: http://www.cme.com/web/realtime/ Note: This particular setup requires some browser modifications to view it properly.
