Todd,
Lucky for you I keep good records. Yes, you contracted for one year
of my fax advisory service in September 1994. I had aleady given you
July and August for free. Based on the period for which you officially
subscribed, Oct. '94 - Feb.'95, you received from my service $4,135.75
in net profitable recommended trades. You then broke our one year
agreement and ask for your money back. I then prorated your subscription
to reflect the four months from which you had benefited and during
which I worked very hard to help your trading and make profitable
trading recommendations. I refunded 60% or $1800 of the $3,000 you
paid me. My records show you should have made approx. $4,135.75 trading
only one contract and you paid me $1200 for these recommendations. That
leaves you approx. $2,935.75 ahead for our brief association. And if
that
isn't enough, despite your attempts to unjustly defame me and bailing
out prematurely, I also sent you a nice year end gift in appreciation of
your business.
So Todd, how do you conduct your podiatry business? For example, you
tell a patient that it will take six months of treatment to corrent
their
problem and then they quit after 3 months. Then they complain that you
didn't cure the problem, even though there is considerable evidence of
improvement. Do you refund all of their money? Do you work for free
even when you have done a good job and delivered on what you promised?
I eagerly await your reply.
Regards,
Norman
