Whew...... O.k., the programming is done on the new FEAR!!
indicator.
MOst of it will look the same except that the FEAREnv will look
different.
This version is scaled to the price data. It will furnish you
with plot values, and is also fully testable.
It is usable in ALL time frames!
I also wrote a couple of cool paintbar studies that show the
trends very clearly.
I will post it as soon as I get a chance.
