Great program, but useless manual and lousy technical support.
The definitive source is the FAQ, archive and e-mail list at
http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html. An incredible
group that includes some of the guys who wrote the program. Check it
out.

Subject: The Bat! - information request
Hello omega-list,
I know there are several on the list that use the Bat email program.
I do also and having misplaced my manual and password, I am not able
to get tech support from the Vendor.
the problem I have is that somehow by keystroke or other method I
have accidently locked my account folder and all the underlying
folders so that the messages in those folders cannot be moved or
deleted. I would be grateful if anyone can advise how to unlock
everything.
