I have uploaded a new version of Ts2ki Unfrag to the Link:

Global Server files are badly fragmented.
If you just want to read more about the utility I have uploaded a MHtml 
document to the Link: http://www.box.net/shared/cvwalgf8kw    I know this 
file is readable using IE6 but I'm not sure about other browsers.
