RadarScreen not updating on weekly bars for Friday (or Thurs.)

The markets were closed 3/21 and RadarScreen (RS) is not updating weekly 
bars even tho weekly charts are updating. E.g., MovAv1line will plot and 
print correctly from a weekly chart  but if it is loaded in a weekly RS 
(with 100 additional bars and MBB=50 ) there is no output . Also the 
last date in the Global Server is 3/20. So how does TS2000 know to 
update a weekly chart (which reads 3/21) but not RS? (UET does not help)
Is RS more reliable in TS8.3 than TS2000?
