Didn't keep the instuctions did you?  They clearly told you to.

In the information line put unsbuscribe or subscribe.  Not to complex
it is.

Then if you are on the digest or list send it to.

omega-list-request@xxxxxxxxxx
omega-digest-request@xxxxxxxxxx

So you unsubscribe the old email address and subscribe the new one.

Anyone know and can tell me how I change my email address for this list to 
another email address?

 I will be changing emails soon.
