For the many years that I have used 2000i, this error has popped up. It
seems to be random and, as you say, usually requires a restart. Can't
figure it out- - maybe it's the Cruz bro. way of forced migration to TS
8- - -no GS. :-) What a pain it is.

another n00b mistake?
closing TS, then restarting corrects the issue..
