Ian,
A ".TSW"" file is a "TradeStation Workspace".
An ".ELA" file is an "EasyLanguage Archive"
There is no EasyLanguage in a TSW file, so there is no conversion to
be made. You must recreate the workspace in TS 2000i or TS 4.
The EasyLanguage code will need to be opened in TS8, copied to
clipboard and via one means or another (saved as a file, if it must
be passed to another machine) pasted into the older version of
TradeStation. It should just be a matter of busy work for yourself
or a friend.
