I tried installing TS 2000i on Vista Home Premium on a backup computer
and had just the same experience. I'll try safe mode and disabling
user account control when I get the chance, and will post results.

Verify All could do but no way.
On the other hand the WinXP Pro machine has no problem with the same
installation and studies.
