There is a bug in the latest build (3848) that affect one of the
time function in the TS_KIT32 ( used by some developers when linking
DLLs).
If you do not use custom DLL's with tis specific feature, you
should be able to use it. A fix will be available with the next
version, otherwise etter stay with 3261 until fixed.
