Ok, just spoke to eSignal and was told the NYBOT decided to stop giving
it out for free. So to get it, I need to subscribe to NYBOT. Choices
are: Real-time - $ 49 per mo, or Delayed (30mins) for $15 per month.
Also, eSignal symbol changed from $DXC to DX A0
