Ron,
That is really hard to take. They used to send us those CDs with data
going back to the begining of time or at least the several decades.
Is there a way you can import daily data from the old CDs? I still
have them if you want copies

Talking with tech support yesterday ....they were saying no tick data was
available going back more than 6 months. I have been trying to get daily
bars back 7 years....and no luck so far.
Ideas anybody?
