I think the vehicle has little to do with the actions of the driver or drivers in this case. How many times have you been "raced" by a vehicle that had no chance in hell of beating you? It is the same reason a guy with 5k feels like he can take on the market.
The dynamics of driving share a striking resemblance to trading. Take for instance this scenario, I was driving along a freeway yesterday that was congested but still moving at a steady pace of 60mph. An Audi S4 proceeded to zig zag between lanes but because of the congestion it failed to advance. I did nothing and proceeded to advance at a much faster rate than the S4. Now how many times have you forced a trade when there wasn't one? Or made a trade because you felt over confident and had your ass handed on a plate?
