I have a futures account with them through TradeStation and find them totally satisfactory.
The few times I had to telephone them, their response was great. And their account website has all trade/statement data readily available for you to download.
The only negative so far: I recently looked into trading the VIX futures contract and saw that they do not trade it. So if you want to trade some of the more esoteric futures contracts you might want to check that they trade what you want.
