I have that problem when I delete symbols that are expired or some I just
don't want. If I don't reboot then it won't receive data or not all of it.
Don't know what causes deleting data that mess it up other than corrupting
the data base.

Hi all, I'm hoping someone could offer a suggestion here.

Every now and again during the day the charts will stop and checking
the GS find it has not been receiving data. Happened today at 1:18 est.

I am using IB as my data provider and Dynastore to feed the data to GS
and checking Dynastore shows it still connected to the GS and is sending
data.

This set up has worked well for few years and collect few Globex Futures
and
NYSE Index's.

I remember also this happening when I used eSignal way back so I don't
think it's
IB/Dynastore problem.

Checking the GS, in the Real-Time-Status column shows "Connected" so I
"Select All"
and Disconnect Symbol. Close Dynastore and re-open. Then I try Connect
Symbol and
receive an "error" message in the Real-Time-Status column.

The only fix I have found is to re-boot the computer.

Has anyone had this problem that help me with an easier fix.

Best regards,

David...
