Actual real time  rates for 30/10/5 and 3m are either free or for
subscribing to OPRA for $1 for most feeds. The CBOE is the source. Real time
used to suck, then it got really good for a while, now it has become sloppy
again. But better than nothing.

The St Lous Fed has a very large selection of history for free download.
Treasuries and various other things. For example, oil since the 40s. Or
Treasuries going back to the 20s. Not sure how old you care about, but 30
yrs only began in the 1970s. The Fed has other LT rates you can substitute
prior to that.
