TS8.1 Reinstall

I was having problems with code not working properly in TS8.1 bld 3066 and
decided to go back to bld 2826 where the date and array did not exist.

I didn't realize that the two builds were incompatible and now I have a mess
where Bld 3066 does not install properly so even the user functions and
other code that codes with the program are available.

TSS took the weekend off, how do I get full programing function reinstalled?
