does anyone have any tips about how to use the import-daily-data utility for
ascii format into ts4?
i have used web2text to convert saved yahoo html data into .txt data. i
stripped out all the nonessential text down to just the
date-open-hi-low-close table, but the portfolio-import daily-ascii-data path
ends up NOT recognizing the .txt file
is there anything special i need to do to succeed in this import?
ps: is there any good summary on the data format structure for the
different major data vendors?
