I wrote to TS tech support supervisor, Robert Jones, regarding a bug in TS
3066,
but never received his response.
For those who experience the problem, here is a way around it:
For each window go to Format Window and under Scroll Bar check "On".
That will fix it.

Hi Robert,
I haven't written to you for a few years, but there is a very annoying bug
in 3066
and I'd like to know if anything is being done about it.
I reported the following to Carlos in escalation some time ago:
E.g. 2 windows, 150 & 75 tickbars, @EC.
If 150tb window is scrolled back some time and global pointer is placed in
that window, the pointer will show up in 75tb window at its left hand
edge. If you click
on that pointer in 75tb window, both windows will be scrolled back to the
current time.
In order to avoid it, after placing poiter in 150tb window, one must click
a few bars to the right which will move 75tb pointer to the right too,
away from the left edge. If then 75tb pointer is clicked on, both windows
will remain in place.
Please kindly let me know if that bug is being corrected.
Best regards,
Jan Philipp
P.S. It was nice to find out that you're still there. Things're changing
fast at TS and
people I used to talk to and respect for their knowledge are not there any
more.
