Seems like a really tiny market to me. People who use any kind of
trading software are a small market. Such a product as you are proposing
would require the following conditions, narrowing the market to almost
nothing.
1. People using one platform who are interested in switching to another.
2. People who use custom code, not readily available as standard
functions on the two trading platforms.
3. People who are not capable of translating their own code to the new
platform.
4. People who are not concerned with divulging proprietary stuff.
Most people doing custom stuff can code it themselves or figure out how
to do it. Non-programmers are generally happy enough with the canned
stuff -- anyone who is really serious will learn to write his own code.
I can imagine sales being in the single digits.....
