Let me put it this way.  I have been approached by successful
traders to help them code up their ideas.  They are serious about
nondisclosure and I know of cases where they have sued people
they felt abused their trust.  One trader I know receives monthly
paychecks because the person he sued is getting his wages docked
forever... that is, for the rest of his life, until he's dead.

If one of these folks wants me to convert their TS code to another
platform like WL (unlikely now that WL is tied to Fidelity, making
it useless for trading futures), there is no way I would risk losing
the trust of my client by submitting his code to a public web site
where I have no control over how the data is stored and who sees it.

I think it's a better idea to write the translator in some portable
language like Java or Python, so that people can run it on their local
machines.
