global server error

Hi All,

I have a problem using the eSignal plugin. I have been running it fine for months and then today it decided to have some issues. I have outlined some details below. Any help would be very much appreciated.

1) I'm running eSignal Data manager v7.9 build 291
2) Global server (5.00.0822) connects to eSignal
3) Setup to collect 6E H6. TS2000i collects and plots data all ok
4) Download from eSignal (using plugin) and it says "A critical error occurred in Global Server, shutting down"

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin - same error
I have reinstalled TS over the top of the old version - same error

TS works fine with EOD data and current realtime data - just the error when I use the plugin to download history.
