CME ECM vs seat leasing + clearing firms

I'm trying to get a handle on the economics of getting an ECM vs 
leasing/owning a seat.  How do I get the lowest rate of (clearing fee 
+ execution fee) for electronic trading on the CME?   And in the case 
of owning a seat, what clearing firms would you recommend?
