SBC DSL is working fine right over here in Fort Worth. I find SBC has
a very hard time with informing their people of the actual facts. Try
calling the tech guys then ask for a level 2 tech. I'm sure you have
done that so ask for a level 3 tech.
Mentioning that you are a long time 'business-class service' usually
makes that happen right away.
Anyone besides me having issues with SBC dsl? Mine's been out since
yesterday morning, and they say it is a network issue...and they keep
missing their deadlines to fix. Have never had any issues with any dsl this
bad before.
It depends how many times the backhoe ran over the cables....
