Chart not "keeping" data

Today's question....

Today I noticed that when I close my workspace and re-open it, I've loose
the data from the start of today's session to the current time - the charts
do not seem to be updating for today when closed.  The charts start updating
with data from the time the chart is opened.  I tried formatting a new chart
but the same thing happens.

I checked the GS and I have the data - it's just not showing up on the
charts.  Any ideas?
