I would start with Esignal. TS2ki pretty much posts what it receives.

Problem:
This Monday 2000i started plotting the esignal CME emini (ES, NQ
and AB)data with a time stamp that is 10 min offset - the data
arrives in real-time, it is just plotted and stored with a time
that is offset 10 min in the past. The time stamp for other
real-time data such as the CBOT mini (YM) and $INDU plot correctly.
Other programs show the CME emini data from esignal to have the
correct time stamp and plot it correctly.

If historical data is downloaded with the esignal downloader it
is saved with the correct time stamp in the global server. But
new data coming in saves the new data with the offset 10 minutes
back so it over-writes the last 10 min of downloaded data.

Recent Change:
Recently the real-time data for the other CME products was changed
to delayed from real-time so this may have been the change that
initiated the problem.

Temporary fix:
Running the Tools/Run Setup Wizard/
Then downloading the historical data appeared to fixed the plotting
problem yesterday.

However, the time stamp and plotting was again offset this morning
and repeated the same process to get charts looking OK again.

Does anyone know how to permanently solve this problem?

Thanks,

Doug
