Acme Trade Manager

I just finished creating the "Acme Trader Manager" Signal in TS2Ki and  
when I tried to verify it gave me an error.
The error was: "this word has already been defined."

Line 32 -> ATR = Volatility(ATRLength);

Where ATR is the word that has already been defined.
Code is word for word from pg. 272 of the book.

Anyone have any clues as to the problem with this line?
