Doesn't sound like this happened, since TS told you to 'Delete', but did you go back and check the obvious that
perhaps somehow your 'Settings' under your Display properties Tab didn't somehow get set back to only 1 Monitor Active?
Normally, I would say, what did you last DO, or what did you last change. However, in this case, it sounds a little different.
So, I would see if in fact my 2nd and 3rd displays are actually being activated, this would be my first area of interest given what you've told me.
If they are, then secondly I would look in the upper right hand corner of the screen and make damn sure that the Application that the Window resides
in is allowing you to stretch it beyond the confines of the Primary Display.
I know these are basic, but sometimes *hit happens.
Just wanted to tap you on the shoulder to check the basics first.

TS support had me delete various folders (cache, tsconfig, destop)
and now TS 8.1 shows up on only one monitor. Can anyone tell me how
