TS orders: sending before mkt open.

Greetings group...

I have a question regarding the submission of equity
orders in TS.

For a given set of stocks I have specific entry prices
that, if hit within the first hour today, I wish to
buy. Well prior to market open, I setup staged orders
to buy using Stop Market orders. However, when I wish
to submit these orders, I get an error message to the
effect 'TIF orders cannot be sent until 9.30am ET'. 

Is there some parameter setting on my orders to allow
me to get these orders into the system prior to market
open? I'm doing all of this manually, not thru a
strategy. If I have several stock orders to send out,
I'm hard pressed to get them submitted at precisely
9.30.01am. I want to be on board to take advantage of
any quick move at the open (I accept the fact I might
get a poor fill using Stop Market orders with a
opening gap).

Any advice you have would be most appreciated.
