Can anyone help me out with the RWI as espoused by Poulous/Saitta et al?
I have the calc's for RWI_hi and RWI_lo but I don't know if the two values
are combined to form a single vaue, and if so how?
Looking to replicate Cynthia Kase's PeakOscillator from her book "Trading
with the Odds" and RWI is the mathematical base for that oscillator.
