The history bank cd should have been part of your 2000i software
package, however even if you have the HS disk it is not very up to date
data (several years out of date). My HS bank data stops at 1999 12-31
and is about 400 megs. I have no problem sending you the data - you can
reply to my address with an address where you would like the data sent.
Personally I don't use the HS bank but I did set it up last week for
another user that was having problems with the HS bank - worked just
fine for me. What symbols are you trying to download?
I've also had no problems with eSignal and the plugin downloader from
them. As I've told you before it is a little tricky to setup but once
done it works just fine if you don't mind screwing up your real time
data with eSignal's historic data.
eSignal maintains a form for the downloader with a very knowledgeable
moderator that can and will help you with any problems that you are
having getting the downloader setup and working. Have you used the
form?
