It would help if you would provide more information. For example: What
version of TS are you using? Is this a NEW installation and your first use or
is the problem occurring for the first time with a previously working system.
You can probably think of some other information which might help somebody
to help you.
In the interim, though, one common thing which can cause the problem you
describe might be happening.. Did you 'connect' the symbol in the global serve
to eSignal? (with global server screen: select desired symbol/select
edit/select connect).
