I still see quite a few people use Windows 2000 Pro, not because they
don't like Microsoft, but because it's a stable operating system that do
the job for them. It probably run faster without all the fancy XP
features that not everyone would need yet. When I see the slow response
of my XP computers (with CPU three times as fast as my Windows 2000 Pro
machine's CPU), it occurred to me more than once to downgrade my the
operating system for speed reason.
I happen to be upgrading 3 computers (from Windows ME) for school kids.
If you have Windows 2000 Pro COA (certificate of authenticity) that
you no longer need and would like to give it for a small fee, please
