Chris,
I can vouch for these 25" LCDs by Samsung, very
nice. and yes they rotate just fine.
The movie clip that I took of these in the office
is a little too big to send via e-mail through
the list.
Hopefully this snagit snapshot is big enough
to get an idea.
I highly recommend them.
