It may be too late, after equipping China with the
American greed incentive of no taxes. As a value engineer
dealing with China, it was more expensive to deal with China
and only the big players got discounts. But they make all their suppliers
use them.
All world powers have grown through manufacturing: US, Japan, Germany.
And US built up Japan and Germany AFTER war.
China has bitchslapped USA in mental chess game (greed), made them rebuild
their
infrastructure greater than USA's own, and now will whip their ass.
And US built up China BEFORE war!
