Our featured speaker at this meeting is Dean Hoffman, a well known trading system developer.
Dean's talk was arranged for us by Leonard Steinman, of Angus Jackson Inc.
http://www.angusjackson.com who brought us an outstanding talk by Keith Fitschen, the developer of
the Aberration System. Leonard sent me the following description of Dean's talk:

Dean Hoffman is both the President and founder of Strategic Trading Systems Inc. as well as the
President and founder of Hoffman Asset Management, Inc. (a money management firm). He holds a
commodity license and is also registered as a Commodity Trading Advisor with the Commodity Futures

University he has over 16 years of experience in the futures industry.

· You will learn at this presentation how to evaluate trading systems and various money
management strategies.

· Mr. Hoffman will discuss how to build non-optimized (non curve-fitted) systems trading across
small and large portfolios.
. He will also discuss money management strategies and position sizing approaches appropriate
for account capital.

· In addition, you will learn about the Trading Recipes(TM) software created to give traders the
ability to learn, simulate,
and manage the job of portfolio trading. Mr. Hoffman will also review the Monte Carlo(TM)
simulation, which generates
